The Wushan Flower and Bird City, Hefang Street and its surrounding characteristic Fang Lane night view lighting projects are located in the prime area of Hangzhou Wushan Commercial Circle, which is the historical and cultural district of Hangzhou.

The main construction sites are Datong Lane, Hefang Street, Wushan Flower and Bird City, Dajing Lane and Xiaojing Lane. The whole building is illuminated with warm-colored lights, focusing on the natural transition of the lights, and accentuates the unique structures, such as corridors, arches, columns, and eaves, of the ancient buildings, highlighting the clean, quiet and elegant characteristics of Hefang Street.
